This a quaint restaurant located inside the Bessbourough hotel. While I was staying at the hotel it was only open for breakfast. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. Also she has been working there for almost 30 years so extremely knowledgeable of the hotel and grounds. Do strike up a conversation with her. Food quality and portion was great. Prices are typical for a hotel so know it going in. All in all enjoyable.

Our Valentine's Day dinner at Garden Court Café inside the Delta Bessborough was exceptional. From start to finish, both the cuisine and the service stood out. The sophisticated flavors and unique combinations in each dish made for a memorable evening. The appetizers were a perfect introduction to the evening, setting high expectations for the courses to come. The main course did not disappoint, delivering a delicious and satisfying experience. The dessert was magnificent, a sweet finale to a remarkable meal. Our server, Emily, played a key role in making the night special. She was attentive without being intrusive, seemingly anticipating our needs before we had to ask. It was clear that she was dedicated to ensuring our experience was perfect, and her service was flawless. The meal was completed within an hour, which felt like the ideal amount of time to enjoy each course and the impeccable service without feeling rushed. However, there were minor issues with the washrooms. Although the restrooms were clean, the garbage bins were full, and the quality of the soap provided for handwashing was lacking. Nonetheless, these small inconveniences did not detract from the overall dining experience. There was also a slight discrepancy when I asked for the bill, as the price listed on the menu was lower than the price showing in the bill. Upon pointing this out to Emily, she apologized immediately and corrected the error without hesitation. Despite these minor details, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would certainly return to the Garden Court Café in the future—perhaps for lunch next time.. I highly recommend the restaurant for a special occasion.

Hands-down the best non-buffet hotel breakfast I've had in North America so far! I stayed here for three nights during my recent trip and between my friend and I, we tasted five different items from the breakfast menu. Each was beautifully (and one can even say creatively) presented (even the plates looked great) and had a great mix of ingredients and flavours. They put a creative spin even for something as simple as pancakes or French toast. The portions were large and the price very reasonable - please keep it that way! The servers were all very kind and warm, making you comfortable even if dining alone. All of this in a charming, historic atmosphere. Ask for a seat by the windows/the part overlooking the pool!

Tried out this cafe during my stay in Saskatoon. Took a photo of the menu too incase anyone finds it useful. Went for the “Spiced Roasted Apple Pancakes” option. The food was plentiful and the staff were very friendly. Ambience was very calm/quiet and civilised. Total bill excluding tip was $36.63, including the bacon strips on the side and coffee.

Brilliant brunch menu. I enjoyed the perennial favorite - Eggs and steak, and Chicken and Waffles, lovely house coffee, with Emily's special surprise punch as a custom drink order. As expected, it was a wonderful brunch! Emily and Sakinet looked after us, and were simply amazing! Coming back again, for a great brunch and some awesome hospitality!
